Gift Aid increases the value of your donations and means that our Diocese and Parishes can benefit substantially more from your gift at no extra cost to you.
If you are a UK taxpayer, add Gift Aid whenever you make a donation and our Gift Aid Organiser can reclaim the basic rate of tax on your gift, currently 25p for every £1 you give.
Higher rate tax payers can claim additional tax benefits for donations they make to charity, which you can keep or pass on to us when you receive them. Simply indicate how much you have donated when completing your Inland Revenue tax self-assessment form.
If you are a UK tax payer we would request that you complete the Gift Aid form below and give it to your parish Gift Aid Organiser or by emailing it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by posting it to the Diocese correspondence address on the "Contact" tab of our website.
Many people who wish to make regular donations find that it is simpler for them to complete a Standing Order with their bank, so that the Diocese benefits from the same gift every month. If you wish to do this, please send us the Standing Order Form, which is available below.
Thank you in advance for your generosity.
For those of you who are Gift Aid Organisers in your parishes, firstly we thank you for the time you generously give to managing our gift aid process, and secondly we can give you access to the current Diocesan Gift Aid Manual using the button below.
